All refund, return, and exchange requests must be made directly between the user and the vendor.
Fuel Hive does not directly process or issue refunds, returns, or replacements, as we are not the seller of the products. Each vendor operates independently and sets their own refund and return policies, which may vary depending on the type of product or service.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact the vendor directly using the contact information provided on their store page or order receipt.
- Clearly provide your order number, issue description, and any supporting information (e.g., photos of damaged goods).
- Vendors are responsible for reviewing and resolving your request.
3. Support from Fuel Hive
While Fuel Hive is not responsible for issuing refunds, we are here to help mediate where possible.

- Refund eligibility is subject to each vendor's own refund and return policy.
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh meals) may have limited or no refund eligibility depending on the vendor.

5. Payments
All payments are securely processed through Fuel Hive's platform but are paid directly to vendors. Any adjustments or refunds are to be agreed upon and processed between the vendor and the customer.
