Fuel Hive connects you with independent vendors offering healthy meals, supplements, and convenience products. Shipping and delivery services are provided directly by the vendors, not by Fuel Hive. Below is our platform-wide shipping policy to help you understand how deliveries are handled.
1. Vendor-Managed Shipping
All shipping, delivery times, and associated charges are managed individually by each vendor on the Fuel Hive platform. Vendors may offer different delivery speeds, methods, and pricing based on their location, capacity, and product type.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times vary between vendors and will be displayed at checkout or on the vendor's profile.
- Vendors are responsible for providing accurate delivery time estimates.
- Some vendors may offer same-day or next-day delivery, while others may require additional preparation time (especially for fresh or steam-prepared meals).
- Please check each vendor's delivery information carefully when placing your order.
3. Delivery Methods
- Deliveries may be handled by vendors directly, third-party couriers, or collection points, depending on the vendor.
- You will receive delivery or collection instructions directly from the vendor after placing your order.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are determined by each vendor individually and will be displayed before checkout.
- Some vendors may offer free delivery based on order value, location, or promotions.
5. Fuel Hive's Role
Fuel Hive does not manage or guarantee shipping times or delivery quality.
We provide the platform for vendors and customers to connect. Any questions, delays, or delivery issues should be communicated directly with the vendor.

6. Order Tracking
- Order tracking, if available, will be provided by the vendor.
- For vendors without tracking, you will receive delivery status updates directly from them.
7. Late or Missed Deliveries
In the case of late, missed, or damaged deliveries:
- Please contact the vendor first.
- If unresolved, Fuel Hive can assist as a mediator, but is not responsible for the outcome of individual vendor deliveries.
